ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

Wild & Free Adventures would like to advise you that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit and well to attend online yoga classes and you have taken any medical advise prior to class from your GP. Wild & Free Adventures will not take any responsibility for injuries as a result of taking part in any of their online classes. Any health conditions, injuries or medical conditions should be listed on your booking form (if paying online) and a phone call with the yoga instructor prior to partaking in any classes, so suitable options can offered when possible during the class. It is still the responsibility of the participant to make any reasonable adjustments during the class and listen to their body and work with any known injuries or health conditions (as advised by their GP or health practitioner). The yoga instructor is there only as a guide and is unable to offer the same level of guidance and support as they do, in a physical environment. It is even more important you exercise safely and sensibly when taking part in an online class. If you have not seen your GP about any injuries or health conditions you may be aware of or concerned about, then we advise this is done prior to practicing any physical exercise, to avoid injury.
Please read the instructions and guidance for payment and cancellations of online payments on the Online Yoga section - these are subject to change and we advise reading before each payment is made, because you will be agreeing to these conditions at the point of purchase.
Wild & Free Adventures also run retreats and during the peak seasons (June and September) as well as other weeks/months specified on our website. Class days and times may be subject to change (and/or covered by a substitute teacher), so you may be asked to pay the substitute teacher and classes may even be cancelled during these months. We will inform you of these dates prior to the relevant month/class and reasonable allowances will be made with regards to any or already pre-paid passes.
