Service Description
This 'Bloom Into Spring' morning is 'time for you!'. Something we don't do often... spend time on ourselves! Enjoy a relaxing morning with like-minded people, taking in the beauty of spring... a time to start a fresh, awaken the soul from the Winter months in this magical venue, that really highlights the beauty of spring. *£5 discounts for locals and regular students (or if you book by 30th April!) and £10 discount for Yoga Warrior Members!* The yoga barn overlooks a lovely wild orchard and as we enjoy this morning with the backdrop of morning bird songs, we'll melt into the mat, free the mind and find time to just 'be" - guilt free! We will explore some lovely movement, breath-work and enjoy some relaxing and thought provoking activities (like journally and discussions) to cleanse our minds of the 'clutter' - like a little 'Spring Clean' for the body and mind. Then with this 'space' create positivity and realistic 'feel good' intentions that STICK! Using this morning as an opportunity to be present, as we carve out a little time to reflect, work on YOU and look at how we turn ideas and intentions into reality! Because you are important too xx What's included: - Yummy Brunch & Juice - Tea, coffee and refreshments - 2 x Yoga sessions with Amanda - Workshops & treats! - Salt Water Pool for a 'cold water dip' & Breath-work techniques (*optional*) Useful info: - Yoga will be for ALL levels (the 1st practice will be more energising and 2nd class restorative) - Equipment provided - but as always bring your own if you prefer ;0) - Bring a journal, swimwear & towel (if joining cols water dip) and layers for relaxation - Approx' 4hrs to finish between 12.30-1pm (so you have the rest of the day!) - Anyone with allergies or dietary requirements please get in touch to discuss - I am used to catering for most of our yoga retreats and will do my best to cater for everyone, but if concerned or have any questions - please do get in touch. ***Address will be sent along with health form, more details via email upon booking***
Cancellation Policy
Half Day Retreats are paid in full (unless agreed otherwise in advance with Amanda in writing) and are non refundable. Once you have booked you will need to complete a health form and inform Amanda of any dietary requirements and health conditions. If food and meals are part of the retreat, you will be asked about your dietary requirements which will be catered for where possible but you are still responsible for ensuring that you take full responsibility for any allergies, intolerances as well as practice safely with your yoga practice and listen to your body.
