Service Description

A 15mins breath work session to simply 'just breathe' together. This will be both relaxing an educational to build knowledge and a regular breathing practice. Sometimes we need that reason to make time to do the things we want to do, but life gets in the way! This session is there for you to 'show up' and make it happen and only requires 15mins of your day and will hopefully inspire you to continue your breath work daily, but if nothing else, it's here to at least dedicate 1 day a week. During this session we will practice different breathing exercises and techniques together (guided to give you the tools to practice in your own time). Some sessions may involve 3-5mins explanation and educational discussion on the science behind the breath or technique we are practicing, providing you with the "why" behind what we are doing to understand the benefits (and give you more reason to practice regularly) A perfect way to start the day in a calm and positive way. Breathing practices and exercises when practiced regularly provide all sorts of health and wellbeing benefits, for example, stress relief, more energy, relaxation, more focus and make you more aware of the breath and breathing better throughout the day. As well as support conditions like asthma, anxiety and great flor supporting a good nights sleep. No experience needed but please make Amanda aware of any conditions or health issues by completing the new student health form if you haven't already, before these sessions. Please note: This 15mins session leads directly into a "Tone & Strengthen" yoga class at 7.30am, which you are welcome to join and continue into but please book ahead, or just join for the breath work. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 2 hours before your class starts and reschedule within your plan or package policy rules. * Single class bookings can be rescheduled to another day * Weekly or Monthly or Packs or Packages can be rescheduled, but ONLY within the period of time the package is valid for. For example if your package is 1 month/4 sessions and there are only 4 sessions available within this month, it will not be able to be carried over outside of this month/period (as per policy when booking). Online bookings and classes on different days in person are all options to reschedule to (with the exception of Monthly Specials) So do not forget to re book before your plan expiry date! For Private 1 to 1 sessions different cancelation & rescheduling policies apply, please get in touch. If you wish to cancel your Yoga Warrior subscription you can do this from your account yourself or you can contact us in writing via email and we will deactivate the card payment.
