Service Description
This package is a block of 3 sessions to focus on whatever you want to develop your practice or focus on a particular area, great for beginners wanting to get to know the basics and advance students want to deepen their practice and take it to the next level. Get in touch with Amanda to book your sessions and can discuss your goals. These sessions are designed around your needs, whether you want to deepen or develop your practice, or book just book a couple of sessions to work through basics, or specific poses and great for building confidence in your practice. 1 to 1's are for anyone, whether you are a complete beginner wanting to learn the basics or an a regular yogi just wanting to work specific things from alignment, postures, building strength, flexibility or knowledge and a more in-depth knowledge of yoga. A 1 to 1 yoga session is a personalised session where you get to work 1 on 1 with a yoga teacher, focusing on what you want to work on. The class will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, providing individual attention to help you improve your practice. It is a great way to build a safe practice. You can book 'ad hoc' one off sessions, or save money with a Private Package and Amanda offers 3, 5 and 8 packs. So if you are not sure which package is best for you, please get in touch with Amanda and she can recommend via email, chat or a phone call. Please get in touch before booking this class to avoid disappointment and to confirm your required date and time. If you would like a time/day not listed, get in touch as my availability changes weekly and sometimes I have a few extra slots available. PLEASE NOTE: The availability on the calendar changes frequently so please do contact Amanda first and all booking for 1 to 1 appointments will be confirmed by Amanda in email.
Cancellation Policy
Private Yoga Sessions (single and packages) can be booked up to 48hrs in advance online through the booking system. or by contacting Amanda via email, direct message or a phone call. All booking requests and availability will be confirmed by Amanda before your session is confirmed, if booking via online system (because the calendar and booking availability is subject to change weekly). Unless you are booking a package and agreed in advance these dates with Amanda. So it is advisable to get in touch with Amanda to check and confirm availability first, especially if a different time/date that is not listed on the calendar. The calendar is just a 'guide' of availability. The calendar changes weekly, due to Private Yoga bookings and Amanda will endeavour to accommodate the most suitable times and dates that work for you and so the calendar may not be up to date or accurate. Cancellations You can cancel up to 24hours before and then reschedule your appointment 48hours before the time and date you'd like to reschedule your session. If your appointment is cancelled less than 24hours before the start time, this cannot be reschedule and is non refundable. (unless agreed in advance with Amanda). Also when cancelling and rescheduling please ensure you check the expiry date of your package, to ensure you are booking before the end date of your plan. All Private sessions can only be rescheduled once.
