Slow Flow Yoga (in person) ALL LEVELS

Service Description
A gentle, slow yoga flow for all levels, whether you're a beginning or regular yogi. This class is designed to suit everyone with all over body stretch to relase tension, breathwork, as well as some slow flowing movements to build strength, mobility and balance in the body. During this class different options and variations will be offered to allow those who want to move slower to move at thier pace and those that want an extra challenge and develop their practice too. Dependant on the day, you may move between the two and this session allow you to experience different styles of yoga and some weeks we may focus on yin, others sun saluations and sequences and some a mixture of both. Movement is ‘medicine’ for the body. It releases tension, calms the nervous system and feels good! Come & learn more about the benefits of yoga. We will be exploring all styles of yoga, breath work, incorporating and calming benefits of Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga and being mindful in our movements. * No experience needed. * No equipment needed (all provided) - I just invite those with a yoga mat to use theirs! * No regular exercise, or a current yoga practice required. In these sessions I’ll guide you into poses & stretches & we’ll take our time. Using props to support the body. This class is for those wanting too ‘move more’ & improve mobility in every day life! We will explore yoga for YOUR body, including different options to suit every body, working with arthritis, tightness and injuries in the body. *PLEASE BOOK ONLINE* If you do not have access to online or a computer you can email me and I can book you on.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 2 hours before your class starts and reschedule within your plan or package policy rules. * Single class bookings can be rescheduled to another day * Weekly or Monthly or Packs or Packages can be rescheduled, but ONLY within the period of time the package is valid for. For example if your package is 1 month/4 sessions and there are only 4 sessions available within this month, it will not be able to be carried over outside of this month/period (as per policy when booking). Online bookings and classes on different days in person are all options to reschedule to (with the exception of Monthly Specials) So do not forget to re book before your plan expiry date! For Private 1 to 1 sessions different cancelation & rescheduling policies apply, please get in touch. If you wish to cancel your Yoga Warrior subscription you can do this from your account yourself or you can contact us in writing via email and we will deactivate the card payment.
