TRAINING & QUALIFICATION

Amanda is 200hr qualified and registered with Yoga Alliance.

She is trained in 𑁍 Hatha & Vinyasa flow 𑁍 Restorative & Yin Yoga 𑁍 Yoga Nidra.

 

So offers a variety of classes, monthly specials and retreats in the UK and abroad. "I love bringing an element of all the practices into my sessions and blend yin and yang, to create a unique and balanced experience."

 

Yoga is a lifetime journey and Amanda is passionate about keeping her training up to date and exploring new things to share with her students and on her retreats.

YOGA & WELLBEING

Amanda completed her Teacher Training in the heart of the jungle in the mountains of stunning Sri Lanka... surrounded by nature and wildlife, which has inspired her to take yoga outside whenever possible. Whether that's to the beach (on our retreats), or any outside space... breathing in the fresh air and relaxing to the sounds of nature  (or the ocean), practising yoga outside really enhances your yoga practice and calms the mind.

 

Amanda creates a safe, welcoming and calm environment for you to practice your yoga in and encourages everyone to take yoga off the mat, into their everyday life. The body is designed to move, and if we breathe well we a live long and nourishing life.

Weekly Yoga Classes

Join my weekly Hatha and Vinyasa Flow classes online, as well as in-person classes in Chulmleigh, North Devon. All equipment is provided, so you just need to bring you! Explore the class schedule below to find a class and time that suits you. All classes are open to all levelswhether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi. We will explore all the benefits yoga brings into your life, from breathing, movement, energetic and slow flows, and learning to find that balance in all that we do. Build strength, flexibility, awareness, and improve your well-being with yoga! It's a lifestyle... and an ever-evolving practice. You are welcome to book your classes ad hoc, or check out these these Yoga Packages to save money. The more you practice the more you save! Or become a Yoga Warrior and get unlimited yoga, free challenges on-demand library and become part of a wonderful community of wild & free yogis!

Monthly Yoga Specials

Look out for special monthly classes, series, collaborations with other mindfulness practitioners, like the popular 'Yin & Restore', 'Mindful Massage & Nidra', and 'Breathing & Mindfulness'.

Amanda also offers Private 1 to 1 sessions (also available for couples and small groups), which are a great way to develop your practice and build confidence. 1 to 1 coaching with Amanda allows you to get the most out of your yoga practice and sessions. Whether you have something in mind or not, Amanda will work with you to create bespoke sessions designed just for you! Her passion and knowledge will inspire you back to the mat time and time again.

BUILD CONFIDENCE & STRENGTH

Whether you are new to yoga or practice regularly, this is a great way to build confidence and strength and explore the areas you enjoy!

PARTNER YOGA

Partner yoga is also a fun and  enjoyable practice and a great way to take time out with your partner 'together', introduce someone to yoga and a great bonding experience.
